The central area of the estate is the Castle, built on a hill with a breathtaking view over three valleys.
In the kitchen Bruno reigns, he has a high reputation to maintain. Each season, he creates a new menu which combines the typical products of the region, for example the beautiful Limousin beef and Cul-Noir porc, which are not to be missed. His specialty, however, is foie gras.
Everything is freshly prepared, as a result fish on the menu depends on availability.
The wine list includes a wide range of tastes, from local wines to big names such as Chateau Belgraves and Chateau Yquem. Reservations are always recommended. For larger groups we can make special arrangements, and hotel guests can benefit from half board. And of course we offer a special menu for vegetarians and children. If you have allergies or special diets (gluten free, for example), do not hesitate to tell the Chef or one of our waiters.
